Taught by someone doing your job. Not a developer.

I'm Zyad Hatquai, a sustainability manager. Not a developer, not an AI expert by trade. Today, Claude saves me more than 8 hours every single week, doing the same work you do: materiality, reporting, audits, presentations, dashboards.

I've run 10+ workshops on this and trained over 1,000 sustainability professionals through free sessions and webinars. My Monday Intelligence Brief skill alone has been downloaded 1,000+ times. This training is where I hand you the whole system, not one skill.

Why Sustainability Managers Can't Wait on This

Delegate. Get your time back.

I save 8+ hours a week with Claude: the Monday brief, report analysis, audit reports, operations that run on a schedule. Not theory. In 8 hours, you will set up the same system for your work.

This is where corporate AI is going.

Agentic AI, the kind you delegate to rather than chat with, is arriving inside the suites companies already run. Sooner or later it lands on your desk. The question is whether you know how to run it.

It's hands-on, and what you build is yours.

Skills are simple files in an open standard, not locked to one product. You leave with a working setup and skills you keep, whichever tool your employer picks.

The curriculum

One full day, Saturday 28 November 2026, 09:00–18:00 CET, live and hands-on: 8 hours of training in three blocks, plus lunch and breaks. You leave with a working system, not a demo.

Block 1Morning

Your Foundation

Build your Brand Skill first, so everything Claude produces sounds and looks like you. Set up the structure Claude needs to actually understand your work.

Block 2Early afternoon

Quarterly Environmental Data Reporting

Set up your CLAUDE.md and PROJECT_STATUS.md, the foundation of The SustainOS Framework. Then run the flow you already know from your own work: request data, check it's complete, follow up on gaps, validate, document, report.

We run it on multi-site environmental data, raw numbers in, finished dashboard out. It is the same flow behind audit prep, supplier questionnaires, and materiality data pulls. You leave able to run it on your own data, in your brand.

A corporate emissions dashboard built with AI: Scope 1, 2 and total figures by plant, with charts.
The Block 2 outcome: raw multi-site data in, a finished dashboard out, in your brand.
Block 3Late afternoon

Systems That Run Without You

Recurring workflows, intelligence collection, connectors and plugins. What you build in Block 3 keeps running every week after the training ends.

See the full curriculum

Block 1 — Foundation & Brand Skill

  • Set up your Claude workspace and project structure
  • Build your Brand Skill: the file that makes every output sound, look and feel like you
  • Understand memory, folders and system instructions, the difference between chatting and delegating

Block 2 — Quarterly Environmental Data Reporting

  • Set up your CLAUDE.md and PROJECT_STATUS.md, the basis of The SustainOS Framework
  • Run the full flow: multi-site raw data in, gap checks, follow-up, validation, documentation, finished dashboard out
  • Leave with a version you can run yourself, on your own data, in your brand
  • This flow isn't just environmental data. It's the same request/verify/follow-up/validate/document/report pattern behind audit prep, supplier questionnaires, and materiality data pulls

Block 3 — Systems That Keep Running

  • Build recurring workflows: the tasks you do every week, defined once
  • Intelligence collection: your own version of the Monday Brief that runs on a schedule
  • Connectors and plugins: how Claude reaches your real tools
  • What to learn next, on your own

By the end: your system is set up, your first real task is delegated most people leave with 2–5, and you know how to keep delegating on your own.

Who it's for

  • Sustainability professionals already using Claude (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise) who want to get the most out of it
  • Sustainability professionals using Copilot now who want to get ahead of the curve, since Copilot will likely get similar agentic capabilities soon
  • Non-technical users, not just engineering teams

Who it's not for

  • Non-sustainability professionals
  • People who actually want to learn to code
  • Finance, sales, marketing, or supply chain roles without sustainability responsibilities, the use cases here won't map to your day-to-day

Ready to run real work, not a demo account.

The honest part

Setting things up the first time isn't easy. Inside your own work context, it becomes clear what's your responsibility and what Claude's is.

What past participants say

Claude Cowork has already made a real difference in my day-to-day work, saving me real time. The fundamentals Zyad taught, custom skills, clear instructions, working with Claude, meant I could put it to use right away.

How it works

Secure your seat

Pay and the seat is yours. A couple of minutes, no application form and no call to book first.

Get your setup notes

A confirmation and the calendar invite, plus the short list of what to install before the day.

Show up and build

One Saturday, live and hands-on. You leave with a working system, not a page of notes.

Bring Claude to your team.

The same system, built around your team's work instead of a generic programme.

Two steps to start: fill in a short form about your team, then book a 30-minute call. We use the call to shape the training around the work your team actually does.

Register your team No fixed price. Scoped on the call.

What we decide in the 30-minute call you book

  • Dates and time
  • Length and intensity: three mornings, one full day, or spread over two weeks
  • In person or online
  • How many people take part
  • The use cases and skills you want covered, tailored to your team's work

No more chatting with AI. Delegating to it.

You spend 8 hours building it once. It gives you 8+ hours back every single week, this year, next year, in your next role.
